Haskoning Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support engineering and consultancy recruitment. You will learn hands-on recruitment processes, review CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and HR country manager.

Based in South Jakarta, you will gain exposure to global teams, assist with employer branding, university outreach, and recruitment reporting.

Formación

• Final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Tech savvy and adaptable to AI tools.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Capable of working independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support job postings and review CVs against requirements.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate records in Talentlink ATS.
• Update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Assist with initial candidate screening under guidance.
• Support employer branding activities such as university outreach.
