BukuWarung in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to shape our talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech and specialized talent. This role is strategic and hands-on, partnering with stakeholders across the organization and owning full-cycle recruitment to deliver a world-class candidate experience.

You will source high-quality candidates through networks and targeted outreach, drive structured screening and interviews, and provide market insights to hiring

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech and specialized talent. This is a strategic and hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and can build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. You will own full-cycle recruitment for key roles, influence hiring decisions through data and insights, and ensure that every candidate has a world-class experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You'll Do:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-senior level and specialized roles across tech and non-tech functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job briefs, and provide market insights
• Source high-quality candidates through strategic channels, including professional networks, platforms, communities, and targeted outreach
• Drive structured screening, assessment, and interview processes to ensure strong role-to-candidate alignment
• Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, consistency, and influence throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and deliver regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to leadership
• Champion an excellent candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent strategy

What We're Looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success hiring for tech roles (e.g., engineering, product, data) and specialized/business roles
• Strong ability to source and assess niche talent using advanced search strategies and networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving hiring processes with minimal supervision
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking and familiarity with hiring metrics
• Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta
