Job summary

Seven Retail, a House of Brands focused on making quality lifestyle services more accessible, seeks a Public Speaking Teacher Trainer. The role develops and maintains training quality for Public Speaking teachers, delivering training, observations, coaching, and learning-material development.

You will collaborate with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to tailor programs and support curriculum implementation across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) with strong spoken and written skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience teaching English as a second language, especially to young learners.
• Experience in teacher training, coaching, or Learning & Development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Public Speaking teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback, coaching, and development support based on performance.
• Develop and improve training modules, learning materials, activities, and assessments.
• Support teachers in developing public speaking, facilitation, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Track teacher development and monitor training effectiveness through observations.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to identify training needs at individual and team levels.
• Assist with implementation of new curriculum and teaching standards.

As a Public Speaking Teacher Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the quality of our Public Speaking teachers. You will design and deliver teacher training, conduct classroom observations, provide coaching and feedback, and develop learning materials to help teachers continuously improve their teaching practice. You will work closely with the Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor to identify teacher development needs and turn them into effective training and coaching programs.

Your Day-to-Day

• Contribute to continuous improvement of our teacher development and quality assurance processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English Education, Psychology, Educational Management, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in any field may be considered with relevant experience.
• High proficiency in English (minimum C1 CEFR level), with strong command of both spoken and written English. Proof of English proficiency (such as IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English exams, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and develop teachers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying capability gaps and determining development needs.
• Experience teaching English as a second language, especially to young learners.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating Public Speaking, Communication, Presentation, Debate, Storytelling, or related skills is preferred.
• Experience in teacher training, coaching, or Learning & Development is preferred.
