Massive Music Entertainment is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sync Licensing Executive — Advertising to join our Licensing team in Jakarta. You will develop and manage music synchronization opportunities for advertising campaigns, working with agencies, brands, production houses, and internal teams to turn briefs into music solutions and licensing deals.

Reporting to the Sync Manager, you will handle opportunities from briefs through pitching, negotiation, and closing within approved

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, advertising or licensing.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop music sync licensing opportunities for advertising and branded content.
• Review briefs for creative and commercial fit, budget, timing, and rights readiness.
• Translate briefs into song/catalogue options, considering territory, duration, and exclusivity.
