Job summary

USEA is expanding its Indonesian presence by launching a strategic Content, Marketing & Local Partnerships program. The role focuses on building relationships with local artists, music labels, and content owners to grow the catalog and pipeline for commercial spaces.

The successful candidate will manage partnerships, curate playlists, secure music supply agreements, and collaborate with USEA's regional teams to align with brand direction and market needs in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, music business, media, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in music partnerships, artist relations, content acquisition, music curation, or entertainment PR.
• Strong written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English for regional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Artist outreach and music sourcing with Indonesian musicians, labels, and content owners to supply music for USEA's platform.
• Coordinate partner discussions, legal documents, and onboarding of partners with signed agreements.
• Formulate and curate playlists across genres and environments for commercial spaces.
