Marriott Hotels in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Steward to support kitchen operations, supervise dishwashing, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout shifts.

You will assist with banquet plate-ups, manage stock, operate cleaning equipment, and collaborate with chefs and managers to deliver high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Direct and assist Stewards to make clean up more efficient; ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.
• Assist with Banquet plate-ups and stock; support banquet and buffet operations and transport items as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; enforce safety and security policies.

Formazione
