• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.

• Provide cooks with needed items and transport items to banquet/buffet areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools (dishwasher, hand wash, pot-scrubbing, trash compactor).
