The Luxury Collection Bali is seeking a diligent Stewarding professional in a full-time, non-management capacity to support kitchen and banquet teams. You will manage dishwashing operations, ensure correct water temperatures and chemical levels, assist with plate-ups, stock, and transport items for events, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in stewarding or hotel kitchen support, with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Food Safety and Hygiene Certification required.
• HACCP knowledge and certification preferred.
• Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Direct and assist Stewards to make cleanup efficient.
• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning.
• Assist with Banquet plate-ups and support banquet and buffet items.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks; supply needed items.
• Move and transport items; maintain stock and cleanliness around kitchen areas.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.

Formation

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

Food Safety and Hygiene Certification required.

HACCP knowledge and certification preferred.

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) knowledge is an advantage.
