Job summary

You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring all plates, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service while supporting smooth daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.

Qualifications

• Experience in stewardship or kitchen support is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must understand hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize plates, glasses, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
• Assist with receiving and storing supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures.
• Support Stewarding during busy periods.
