Job summary

PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Trainer Manufacturing SCM to join the Learning & Development team. You will develop and deliver technical training programs to raise competency across Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations, ensuring adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and QMS standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, at least 1 year of trainer experience in Food & Beverage, and strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills to build effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer, preferably in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, QMS, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experienced in developing training modules, SOPs, and learning materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Able to analyze operational gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
