PT Flexo Solusi Indonesia is seeking a General Trainer to analyze competency gaps with HR and operations and design aligned training plans for diverse shift patterns. The role covers creating materials, modules, and assessments, and delivering sessions for operators up to supervisors on both classroom and warehouse floors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years in training or L&D, preferably in logistics or related fields, and strong MS Office skills for reporting.

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or operations is a plus

• Strong public speaking, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience delivering onboarding/induction training for new hires
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for training and reporting

• Collaborate with HR and operations to support productivity, quality, and safety and develop trainer skills

As the General Trainer, you will conduct training need analysis with HR and operations to identify competency gaps and develop training plans aligned with business needs and shift patterns. You will create and update training materials, modules, job aids, and assessments, and facilitate training for employees from operator/staff to supervisor level in classroom and operational/warehouse floor settings.

Key responsibilities

Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) with HR and operations to identify competency gaps and develop training plans aligned with business needs and shift patterns

Create and update training materials, modules, job aids, and assessments (pre-test and post-test)

Facilitate training for employees from operator/staff to supervisor level, in the classroom and on the operational/warehouse floor

Deliver onboarding and induction programs for new hires

Apply interactive methods such as role play, case studies, simulations, group discussions, and coaching

Provide on-the-job coaching to ensure training outcomes are applied in daily work

Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze test results, and prepare regular reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support productivity, quality, and safety, and continuously develop your own trainer skills

About you

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Officer, or L&D professional, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or operations

Understanding of the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process, with the ability to design training based on business needs

Able to develop training plans, training materials, modules, and assessments

Strong public speaking, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Able to deliver training for all employee levels, from operator/staff to supervisor

Experience conducting onboarding/induction training for new employees

Able to conduct pre-tests, post-tests, training evaluations, and reporting

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for training and reporting purposes

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
