Cimory Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive manufacturing and logistics improvements. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to streamline operations, reduce waste and cut costs. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong data analysis and clear communication in English and Indonesian.

You will lead multiple CI projects, monitor KPIs, prepare management reports and coach teams on best practices. Experience in food & beverage environments is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement or operations management.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies; certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in manufacturing or food & beverage environments is advantageous.

Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and logistics operations, utilising methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen

Analyse current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for cost reduction

Develop and implement improvement projects with clearly defined objectives, timelines and measurable key performance indicators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations and maintenance to gather data and insights

Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and realisation of benefits

Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Provide training and coaching to team members on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on improvement initiatives for senior management

Establish and maintain documentation systems for process improvements and lessons learned

Support the implementation of new technologies and automation opportunities within operational areas

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations management or process optimisation roles

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification preferred)

Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis

Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian

Proficiency in using improvement tools such as value stream mapping, process mapping and statistical analysis software

Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency gains

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience in manufacturing or food and beverage production environments is highly advantageous
