Job summary

You will input and monitor data in CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Connect, etc.), coach the sales force on tools and processes, and coordinate with departments to update reports and KPI tracking, aligning resources with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SFE Manager positions in pharmaceutical or nutritional companies.
• Strong experience with SFE, CRM management and sales operations.
• Hands-on with Salesforce.com and other sales force automation tools.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reports and KPI tracking.
