Job summary

Abbott is seeking an SFE Manager for our Indonesian operations to lead CRM data governance, drive sales force effectiveness initiatives, and collaborate with commercial teams to support business objectives.

You will manage CRM data inputs, generate sales and non-sales reports, train the sales force on tools and processes, and coordinate system updates with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, accurate insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SFE manager roles in pharma or nutrition.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, life sciences, or pharmacy).
• Strong experience in SFE, CRM management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor CRM data and reporting processes.
• Input and monitor data in CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Connect, etc.).
• Coach the sales force on tools, procedures, processes, and SFE KPIs.
• Coordinate with departments for updates, upgrades and new user IDs.
