Qualifications

• 5+ years in SFE Manager roles in pharmaceutical/nutrition
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, pharmacy, statistics, information systems or related field
• Strong experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), CRM management, and sales operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and other sales force automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, incentive calculations, KPI tracking, and data analysis
• Experience managing HCP targeting, territory alignment, and sales force performance monitoring
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor CRM data and reporting within the CRM system (Salesforce.com, Connect, etc.)
• Support input & monitoring of data in CRM system
• Assist HCP target update process in the company
• Train and coach the sales force team on tools, procedures, processes, and systems; related to SFE
• Coordinate with departments for updating reports, system upgrades, new user IDs, HCP list updates
• Drive effective use of sales & marketing resources aligned to business strategy
• Align & build the report within deadline for sales reports, incentive calculations, etc.
• Develop and update non-sales reports (SFE KPI Ethical, CME, etc)
• Lead programs: SFE training, on-the-job training, inductions; develop SFE team skills
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to implement SFE KPIs and related metrics
