Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Daily visit to merchants.
• Ensure program in area meets sales targets and POP materials are in place.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales info, competition, and field issues.
• Manage around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with about 80 Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitor first billing data by promoter and by merchant.
