Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Sales Trainer to support Indodana's field sales team. The role focuses on needs analysis, onboarding and refresher sessions, and evaluating training outcomes to improve performance.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in training, fintech experience preferred, and be willing to travel for business activities in Jakarta. Placement is Jakarta (Plaza Bank Index / Wisma KEIAI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a related field.
• Experience in fintech is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support the needs of the Sales team in the field.
• Conduct training sessions for the Indodana Sales team, including onboarding, socialization, and refresher training.
• Evaluate training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
• Conduct regular visits to Promoters to ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in the field.
• Regularly review and update training materials.
• Prepare regular training reports and documentation of training activities.
