Job summary

Häfele Indonesia is seeking an experienced sales professional to engage potential clients in the building materials sector, overseeing projects from start to finish and driving timely, successful deliveries.

You will focus on gaining and maintaining relationships with developers, main and sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and contract accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major. Bachelor's in architecture, Civil Engineering or similar is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or related more than 4 years. Preferably in building material industry
• Having an existing network of solid key in the industry
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD

Responsibilities

• Oversee project from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Gaining and maintaining relationships with Developer, Main and sub-contractors and other stakeholders
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
• Stay informed about industry trends, products and competitors to sharpen our brand identity
