Job summary

Häfele Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Senior B2B Sales - Industrial Solutions to drive growth in manufacturing and construction markets. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets through consultative and value-driven solutions.

Based in Tangerang (BSD area), you will travel monthly to East Java, coordinate with product, technical and delivery teams, and prepare tailored proposals and quotations to win profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales and Industrial Sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling key accounts and industrial customers.
• Experience in building materials, manufacturing, industrial solutions, engineering products, machinery, hardware, automation, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Work based in Tangerang, BSD but will handle customer surrounding East Java
• Willing to intensive business trip to east java on a monthly basis

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients within the industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to industry clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technical, and delivery departments, to ensure seamless client engagement
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within assigned industry segments
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reporting on pipeline development and sales performance
