Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• More than 5–10 years of chemicals sales and business development experience in coatings, adhesives, constructions, and polymer sectors.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across target industries and applications.
• Experience navigating global key accounts and aligning local execution with global strategies.
• Ability to translate complex product properties into compelling commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead market penetration into coatings, adhesives, and consumer product segments; construction industry as the key target.
• Drive sales growth for Indonesia; maintain high-level relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure robust IBP forecasting, CRM discipline, and effective business planning for commercial excellence.
• Manage global key accounts and coordinate with Technical Service, Supply Chain and Regulatory to resolve complex customer challenges.
• Align local and regional initiatives with LANXESS's global growth pillars and compliance guidelines.
