Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development, preferably in adhesives.
• Strong expertise in adhesive formulation and chemical processes.
• Knowledge of material properties and their impact on product performance.

• Oversee and manage R&D projects related to adhesive formulation and development.
