Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.
• Business-level English; Japanese preferred.
• 3+ years as Sales Manager in automotive trading.
• Experience selling chemical products such as copolymer, polypropylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, or similar materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for plastic products used in automotive applications.
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct market research to identify needs and trends.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and KPIs; report to management.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Coach and evaluate team members to improve performance.
