Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Principal, Pre-Sales Solution Architect to own holistic solution architecture and commercial strategy for major accounts within a geographic region. You will lead a cross-functional team of specialists and influence C-level stakeholders to deliver technically competitive and financially compelling solutions.

You will drive account strategy, define reference architectures, and oversee RFP responses while ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's market

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field (10+ years in datacenter presales/architecture preferred).
• Strong ability to present and defend at C-level and technical decision-makers.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical sales teams and complex multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts: define strategy and manage relationship lifecycle from presales to post-sale.
• Define segment reference architecture and lead RFP responses and technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional fighting unit and drive integration across electrical, mechanical, and digital domains.
• Produce detailed solution proposals including technical architecture, terms, timeline, and risk mitigation.
