Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, System Integrator, OEM, Channel, or End User sales environments.
• Experience in project pursuit, account development, and pipeline management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
• Maintain high-quality BFO/CRM data, forecasts, and opportunity updates.
• Understand Automation product and solution.
