Job summary

Socomec Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Jakarta seeks a results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead our power conversion solutions for data centers, BFSI, government, and industry sectors.

You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies, mentor a high-performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to expand our data center product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business.
• 8+ years of project sales experience in electrical industries or similar.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale, enterprise, co-lo data centres and IT distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across data center markets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPCs, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives.
• Provide insights to product teams to enhance the portfolio.
