Job summary

PT. I FLEX INDONESIA is a Rotogravure Packaging Company for Flexible Food, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device. We started the Manufacture of Rotogravure Packaging commercially production on July 2009.

The facilities are from Europe, Taiwan, Japan and China. Sales Executive role focuses on finding and developing new customers and prospects for our flexible packaging products, delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational level D3 or S1 in any major.
• Experience in B2B sales and flexible packaging is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers and prospects for flexible packaging products.
• Conduct visits and product presentations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate packaging product solutions.
• Negotiate price, specifications, quantity, and payment terms with customers.
• Create and follow up on quotations and price offers until transaction completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, PPIC, QC, Finance) regarding customer needs.
• Ensure customer needs and specifications are clearly communicated to relevant teams.
• Monitor order processing through to delivery.
• Achieve company sales targets.
• Create regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, prospects, and sales results.
• Monitor market developments, competitors, and business opportunities in packaging.
