Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s #1 integrated logistics provider in Jakarta, seeks a results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to own the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach to contract signing—and to proactively identify and engage with potential clients in assigned markets.

You will master sales workflows, manage tactical client relationships, maintain CRM data with weekly forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in air cargo, airline, or air freight.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and essential productivity software (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sales leads and tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Acquisition in assigned markets.
• Master sales workflows including rate negotiations and contract finalization.
• Manage tactical client relationships and ensure service reliability.
• Maintain CRM excellence with accurate weekly forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Operations and Finance.
