Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, CS, IS, Economics or related fields.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience including managerial or team leadership roles.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Business Analytics or Commercial Operations.
• English proficiency at professional level.
• Strong data analysis, dashboards and business systems capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of sales analytics, forecasting, KPI, territory and quota management.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance analytics covering key sales KPIs.
• Analyze sales performance across channels, regions, branches, territories, customers, salespersons, and products.
• Ensure timely sales administration, order coordination, documentation, customer requests, and Customer Services.
• Lead sales forecasting using historical performance, pipeline trends, and market indicators.
• Drive territory, quota, target allocation, productivity, and incentive planning.
• Improve sales processes, SOPs, Work Instructions, approval flows, and administrative procedures.
• Manage and improve sales systems, reporting tools, and digital solutions.
• Establish data governance and standardized KPIs for accurate and reliable sales information.
• Lead the Sales Excellence & Data Analytics team in delivering analysis, reports, dashboards, and insights.
