Job summary
AMERICAN STANDARD INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will analyse sell-in and sell-out by channel, region, and product category to identify trends and opportunities, and support the business with data-driven recommendations.
You will develop weekly and monthly dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and senior leadership to inform pricing and promotion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or commercial analytics role
- Experience with building materials, sanitary, or FMCG industry is preferred
- Proven ability to organize and analyse large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Experience with distributor or channel sales data (sell-in / sell-out) is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Monitor performance against targets daily, monthly and yearly
- Develop regular reports and dashboards for the Sales Director and country leader
- Support pricing strategy and promotion effectiveness analysis
- Provide analytical support to sales teams for key accounts and project pipelines
- Present analysis and insights to senior leadership
