Job summary

Monee is seeking a results-driven Sales Operations lead in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will set targets, manage KPIs, and allocate quotas, while shaping incentive schemes and coordinating monthly payouts with Finance and HR.

Develop and maintain dashboards covering pipeline, conversions, productivity, and coverage. Improve data hygiene, lead routing, and SOPs, partnering with Finance, HR, Product, and Tech for budgets and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in sales operations or related fields such as revenue/business operations, analytics, FP&A, or e-commerce.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL experience.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
• Experience in sales target-setting, KPI management, quota allocation, and incentives.
• Robust execution and process management skills with SOP development.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Own sales target setting, KPI and territory/quota allocation with defensible logic.
• Design and administer sales incentive and commission schemes, monthly payout coordination.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, productivity, and more.
• Analyze performance across segments, geographies, channels, and behaviors to identify opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights for management and cross-functional teams.
• Own sales tools, processes, SOPs, CRM hygiene, and lead assignment workflows.
• Drive sales enablement, onboarding, training, reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Product, and Tech on headcount, budgets, tooling, and audits.
