Job summary

PT dHost Telekomunikasi Nusantara (dHost) is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead existing segment sales and drive new in-building connectivity and energy solutions for telecom clients in Indonesia. You will translate business and technical terms into compelling presales materials and support senior executives across organizational levels.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, strategic engagement, and strong negotiation, presentation, and language skills in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales and accounts management, preferably in telecom/tech.
Experience developing major accounts and closing sales contracts.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Sell existing business segments and develop new in-building connectivity and energy solutions.
Contribute to company revenue growth through strategic engagement with customers.
Learn products/services and develop presales materials and data.
Develop sales plans and engagement materials for stakeholders at all levels.
Engage from lead generation to sales closures with strong value propositions.
Identify value propositions to justify business cases.
Familiar with current building connectivity technologies.
Provide documents and data administrative support and assist project management.
