Job summary

PT dHost Telekomunikasi Nusantara (dHost) is seeking an Assistant/Manager, Sales & Business Development to lead sales of in-building connectivity and energy solutions for telecoms. You will develop strategies, engage senior executives and close contracts with major operators.

The role requires >5 years in sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa. Travel willingness is expected to support regional opportunities across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales and accounts management in telecom/tech.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Sell existing segments and develop new segments in in-building connectivity and energy solutions.
• Contribute to company revenue growth through strategic account management.
• Translate technical terms into presales materials and data for proposals.
• Create sell plans and engagement materials for stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead from leads to contract closures with ICT buyers.
• Identify value propositions and build strong business cases.
• Travel as required to pursue opportunities.
