Job summary

Otis SE in Bali seeks a Senior Sales Associate (NE) to cover Bali and Nusa Tenggara, reporting to the Head of Sales. The role aims to grow sales by maintaining existing customers and winning new business.

You will manage customer relationships, pursue new opportunities via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders, and use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results. A technical or business degree with 3 years' sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possesses a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience.
• Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
• Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
• Characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.
• Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
• Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders.
• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
