Job summary

PT Karunia Kuliner Indonesia (Restaurant Remboelan) is seeking a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring for Head Office and Remboelan Group outlets. You will focus on sourcing, interviewing, psych tests, background checks, and efficient recruitment administration.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling high volumes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR administration.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and walk-in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requests to hiring and contract.
• Source candidates through varied channels and coordinate with departments.
• Screen, interview and assess competencies and fit for roles.
• Administer and score psychological tests when required.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers and records.
• Coordinate background and reference checks for hires.
• Oversee offer and employment contract processes.
• Produce regular recruitment reports and metrics.
• Support recruitment team and HR activities as needed.
