Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in scheduling/resource coordination roles.
• Experience in engineering/construction projects, preferably heavy industry.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and productivity analysis skills.
• Proficient with Excel; MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update multi-level project schedules.
• Integrate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, testing and handover.
• Monitor Baseline/Actual/Forecast, identify critical paths and risks.
• Review contractor schedules and recovery/acceleration plans.
• Track manpower, equipment, materials, and consumables across workfronts.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and resource monitoring reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and PMC.
