Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Scheduler/Planning Engineer to manage comprehensive project schedules across multiple packages. You will integrate inputs from contractors, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover activities, ensuring alignment with master milestones and targets.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly updates, progress tracking, risk and critical path analysis, and coordinating with the project team and consultants to ensure interfaces are seamless.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as Scheduler or Planning Engineer.
• Experience in engineering/construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure/industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 3, 4, and 5 schedules for all project packages.
• Integrate schedules from contractors, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover activities.
• Ensure detailed schedules align with Level 1 and Level 2 Master Schedule milestones and project targets.
• Perform weekly and monthly schedule updates based on actual progress.
• Monitor Baseline vs. Actual vs. Forecast schedules.
• Identify critical paths, delays, constraints, and risks impacting milestones.
• Review contractors' schedules, recovery schedules, and acceleration plans.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and schedule reports for management.
• Coordinate with Project Team, PMC, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors regarding progress and interfaces.
