Job summary

Suryacipta in Subang, Indonesia is seeking a Planner/Resource Coordinator with 5+ years in heavy construction to monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and consumables at the project site. You will map manpower and equipment, track productivity, and identify shortages and bottlenecks to keep the schedule on track.

You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and resource owners to mobilize, replace, or redistribute resources, and prepare daily/weekly monitoring reports with early warnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical, field coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with construction scheduling and productivity.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and consumables at the project site.
• Prepare manpower mapping based on quantity and trades.
• Prepare equipment mapping based on type, capacity, and availability.
• Track material shortfalls and bottlenecks impacting the schedule.
• Compare Required vs Actual resources against project targets.
• Analyze productivity against project targets and notify risks.
• Coordinate mobilization, replacements, redistribution, or acceleration plans with contractors.
• Produce daily and weekly resource monitoring reports with early warnings.
