Job summary

Suryacipta in Subang, Indonesia, is seeking a skilled Scheduler/Planning Engineer to develop and maintain multi-level project schedules. You will integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover teams to keep the Master Schedule on track.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of scheduling experience on infrastructure or related projects; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 3, 4, and 5 schedules for all project packages.
• Integrate schedules from contractors, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover activities.
• Ensure detailed schedules are aligned with Level 1 and Level 2 Master Schedule milestones and project targets.
• Perform weekly and monthly schedule updates based on actual progress.
• Identify critical paths, delays, constraints, and risks that may impact milestones.
• Review contractors' schedules, recovery schedules, and acceleration plans.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and schedule reports for management.
• Coordinate with the Project Team, PMC, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors regarding progress and schedule interfaces.

• Experience in infrastructure, industrial, utilities, land development, mining, or similar projects is an advantage.
