We are seeking a seasoned Project Sales/BD professional in Jakarta to build relations with consultants and project owners, lead proposals, and drive substantial sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Project Sales/Business Development for construction or interior projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical background in Civil Engineering, architecture or interior design preferred.
• Experience in presentations, proposals, and tender processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Extensive network with consultants and project owners.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
• Overseeing customer account management, negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profit
• Create quotation, negotiation, and closing
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
• Look for construction and interior project
