Job summary

PT Jaya Abadi Karya Utama is seeking a proactive Sales Project professional to identify and secure new project sales opportunities in construction and building materials. You will build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and project owners while conducting visits, presentations, and negotiations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in project sales, with travel to project sites and strong Excel/CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, plumbing systems, or related industries.
• Proven track record in developing new accounts, managing project pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
• Established relationships with property developers, contractors, consultants, project owners, or other construction industry stakeholders would be an advantage.
• Strong skills in sales negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to conduct client visits and travel to project sites as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with sales reporting or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new project sales opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, property development, and building materials sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, project owners, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements while maintaining the company's profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports, project updates, and customer activity reports for management.
• Ensure effective coordination with the sales administration, logistics, and finance teams to support smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
