PT Adira Kreasi Indonesia is a construction company delivering high-standard engineering practices across Building Renovation, Warehouse, and Store Fit Out projects, including Architectural Civil Works and ME Works. We work with major clients and emphasize quality and innovation in every project.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Sales/BD professional in Jakarta to build relations with consultants and project owners, lead proposals, and drive substantial sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Project Sales/Business Development for construction or interior projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical background in Civil Engineering, architecture or interior design preferred.
• Experience in presentations, proposals, and tender processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Extensive network with consultants and project owners.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated.
