Job summary

Samara Lombok is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial success of our luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments in Lombok. You will manage project costs, procurement, contracts, and commercial reporting across the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong QS expertise with commercial acumen to ensure projects deliver within budget while maintaining quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 7–10 years of QS experience in construction/property/hospitality sectors.
• Experience with BOQ, cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor expenditure and identify overruns.
• Prepare BOQ, tender docs and commercial evaluation criteria.
• Administer contracts and manage variations/claims.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports and forecasts.
