Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Project Management Assistant Manager (Supply Chain) to bridge finance with business units, driving financial insights and decision support. You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate R&D, Marketing, SCM, Procurement, Production, and ensure project feasibility and stakeholder buy-in through gate reviews.

Responsibilities include OTIF execution, stock readiness across B2C and B2B channels, SKU transitions, and proactive risk management to minimize waste and meet launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or SCM.
• Experience with end-to-end projects in beauty/FMCG preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from planning to post-launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, SCM, Procurement, Production.
• Lead gate approval process with leaders to secure stakeholder commitment.
• Ensure OTIF project execution and 70% stock readiness across sales channels.
• Manage SKU transitions and move from old to new SKUs post-launch.
• Review production capacity, material availability, MOQ for new materials.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Minimize waste from innovation and promotions.
