Job summary

The Harvest Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for inventory management, purchasing, and stock opname. You will conduct regular audits at warehouse and outlet levels and monitor stock movements to prevent shrinkage, ensuring readiness across locations.

Lead cross-functional teams in OTIF performance, liaise with PPIC and Logistics, and drive cost efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of inventory practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, industrial engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years experience in supply chain finance, inventory management or cost control.
• 1–2 years experience in a supervisor/manager role in F&B or Retail.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for inventory management, purchasing, and stock opname (physical inventory counting).
• Conduct regular inventories audits at warehouse and outlet levels.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and remaining stock movements to prevent shrinkage.
