Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Material Planner to manage MRP for raw and packaging materials, ensuring uninterrupted production. You will monitor orders from suppliers to plants, coordinate closely with Purchasing and FG Supply Planner, and identify risks affecting supply continuity.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a similar role, with strong MRP/inventory knowledge, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Material Planning or similar Supply Chain role.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, lead times and supply planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for raw and packaging materials to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor material ordering and delivery from suppliers to manufacturing plants or third-party manufacturers (maklon).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and FG Supply Planner to ensure timely material supply.
• Identify potential supply risks, including material shortages, delivery delays, demand fluctuations, and capacity constraints.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize supply disruptions.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production requirements and business demand
