Techconnect.id in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product, shaping the roadmap and writing specs for a fast-moving, AI-enabled deal intelligence platform.

You will lead discovery with bankers and analysts, translate feedback into actionable requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship iteratively while measuring adoption with analytics tools. This role focuses on expanding into Funds workflows and managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years on a B2B SaaS or internal tooling product used by knowledge workers
• Owns roadmap end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec writing, post-launch iteration
• Strong written communication – specs, PRDs, async updates
• Comfort working in a technical environment: APIs, async pipelines, AI-powered features

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap - maintain a prioritized backlog, communicate direction to engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Drive discovery - conduct user interviews with bankers and analysts, validate solutions before engineering time
• Write precise specs - produce feature briefs and acceptance criteria
• Create HTML mockups - generate HTML mockups for customer verification
• Ship iteratively - define feature flags and track adoption metrics with analytics
• Steer AI features - shape how AI agents process documents and surface deal recommendations
• Expansion to Funds - lead discovery for the Funds vertical and identify new data models and integrations
• Manage stakeholder expectations - keep the deal team aligned with the product direction
• Organized and process-driven - manage backlog, run sprint ceremonies, and multi-stream coordination
• Experience in or familiarity with financial services - deal workflows and advisory contexts
• Hands-on with document-heavy AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to read data models or SQL schemas for feasibility checks
