Job summary

Lign is building the next generation of business finance infrastructure in Indonesia. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core product domain end-to-end, from discovery to launch and measurable outcomes.

You will talk to customers weekly, translate insights into a data-backed roadmap, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance. You’ll work with AI agents as part of daily delivery, shaping an early-stage fintech product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product management.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end.
• Comfort with zero-to-one, under-resourced teams.
• Concrete, current use of AI in your own work.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery to outcomes, including design, specs, QA, launch and the post-launch metric.
• Talk to customers weekly and translate what you hear into a prioritized, evidence-backed product plan.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Commercial and Compliance to deliver desirable, viable and feasible solutions.
• Work with AI agents as part of daily delivery and iterate on AI-powered features.
