Job summary

Techconnect in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build a data-intensive M&A deal-tracking platform. You will ship polished React UIs and design backend systems handling document ingestion, async pipelines, and AI agent orchestration.

You'll own AI-powered features with LangGraph, integrate Anthropic SDK, and collaborate with product to deliver feature releases gated behind feature flags. Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and cloud infra is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with React, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills: RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL modeling, and ORM usage (Drizzle or Prisma/TypeORM).
• Experience wiring up AI SDKs and LangGraph, including prompt engineering and streaming.
• Experience with async job patterns, queues, and retry handling.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (Radix UI / shadcn/ui).
• Experience with AWS services (S3, SES, RDS) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain the full stack from Next.js app routes to PostgreSQL schema and migrations.
• Own AI-powered features using LangGraph and Anthropic SDK.
• Design backend systems with clean architecture and async job queues.
• Write unit tests (Vitest) and Playwright end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and deal teams to translate business requirements into technical features.
