Job summary

TechConnect is seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager to direct end-to-end product strategy across a portfolio, aligning with business goals and executive expectations.

You will orchestrate cross-functional roadmaps, mentor PMs, and guide launches while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to improve discovery, documentation, and delivery.

The role is a 24-month fixed-term, onsite in BSD, Tangerang, with a collaborative, customer-focused culture and opportunities to shape monetization strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with leadership of multi-product portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level communication.
• Experience with go-to-market planning and monetization strategies.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end product strategy and vision across multiple products.
• Orchestrate cross-functional roadmaps and align priorities.
• Lead discovery, validation, and go-to-market activities with execs.
