Job summary

TechConnect GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product end-to-end, shaping the roadmap with stakeholders and writing tight specs for a lean engineering team. You will drive expansion across M&A advisory and Funds workflows, while coordinating with design, AI, and analytics to deliver value.

You will conduct user interviews with bankers and analysts, create precise requirements, and craft HTML mocks to validate concepts before engineering handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS or internal tooling for knowledge workers.
• Demonstrated end-to-end roadmap ownership: discovery, prioritization, specs, and post-launch iteration.
• Strong written communication: precise specs, PRDs, async updates; minimal engineering questions.
• Comfort in a technical environment: API integrations, async pipelines, AI-powered features.
• Experience using product analytics tools to measure impact (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Organized, process-driven: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap with a prioritized backlog and clear direction for engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct user interviews with bankers and analysts; translate feedback into actionable problems.
• Write precise feature briefs and acceptance criteria for unambiguous implementation.
• Create HTML mockups to verify concepts with customers before engineering handoff.
• Ship iteratively with feature flags and monitor adoption metrics to guide iteration.
• Collaborate with AI/engineering to shape how documents are processed and data enriched.
• Lead expansion from M&A to Funds, defining new workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and keep the deal team aligned with product direction.
